Production Schedule​

1.1 Add Production Schedule​

Add a Production Schedule – Step-by-Step​

Step 1: Reach the Production Schedule Section

Navigate to the Side Menu

  • Production & Quality -> Operations -> Production Schedule.
  • This will open the Production Schedule page.

Step 2: Adding a Production Schedule

  • On the top-right corner of the Production Schedule page, click the "Add Production Schedule" button.

Step 3: Fill in the Details

Note: All fields with a (*) are mandatory, so remember to fill them all.

  • From Date [Mandatory]: Select start date of the production schedule.
  • To Date [Mandatory]: Select end date of the production schedule.
  • Part [Dropdown][Mandatory]: Choose the part from the dropdown list.
  • Quantity [Mandatory]: Enter the required production quantity.

Step 4: Save or Clear

  • Submit: Save the Production Schedule with the provided details.
  • Clear: Erase all entered data to reset the form.
  • Cancel: Exit without saving and return to the previous screen.

1.2 Search Production Schedule​

Search a Production Schedule – Step-by-Step​

Step 1: Start Searching

On the Production Schedule Search page, you can search using multiple filters:

  • By Production Schedule From Date [Mandatory]: Select the production schedule start date.
  • By Production Schedule To Date [Mandatory]: Select the production schedule end date.
  • By Part [Optional][Dropdown]: Choose the part from the dropdown list.
  • By Quantity Comparison [Optional][Dropdown]: Select the comparison from Dropdown (e.g., equal to, greater than, less than).
  • By Quantity [Optional]: Enter the production quantity.

Step 2: See the Results

  • Click Search to filter and view results.

  • Use Export as Excel to download the Production Schedule results.


1.3 Edit Production Schedule​

Edit a Production Schedule – Step-by-Step​

Step 1: Find the Production Schedule

  • Go to the Production Schedule Search page and locate the record you want to edit using the filters.

Step 2: Start Searching

  • Click Search to display results.

Step 3: Edit Details

  • In the results, click "View/Edit" next to the Production Schedule entry you want to update.
  • This opens the Edit Production Schedule page.

Note: Editing is allowed only if the current date falls between the From Date and To Date of the schedule.

Step 4: Update Information

Update the required fields as needed:

  • From Date [Mandatory]: Modify the start date of the production schedule, if required.
  • To Date[Mandatory]: Update the end date of the production schedule, if required.
  • Part[Dropdown][Mandatory]: Select a different part from the dropdown, if applicable.
  • Quantity[Mandatory]: Edit the production quantity based on the updated requirement.

Note: Ensure all mandatory fields (*) are filled before submitting the changes.

Step 5: Save Changes

  • Review your updates.
  • When ready, click Submit to save changes or Cancel to discard and return to the search page.
